 Maedean Tower Hosts Nu Chapter

January 23, 2008 - Nu Chapter of Phi Chi Epsilon Sorority met Monday, January 14, at the home of Maedean Tower.

President Victoria Goodspeed opened the meeting. Diana Nash led the group in pray and purpose. Secretary Kathy Rogers had role call and read the November and December meeting minutes.

Goodspeed read correspondence from the New Castle High School Scholarship committee and the chapter voted to give the Fran Baumgartner scholarship again this year. Diane Brown won the potted plant hostess gift.

The first part of a pledge service was held for Diane Brown. Refreshments were served in the dining room to attending members, including Goodspeed, Kathy Ingermann, Betty McKinley, Nash, Marlena Pearson, Barbara Purvis, Rogers, Donna Thrasher, Tower and Marjorie Wilkinson.
